If you know:

  • How you are going to contact your target audience
  • What industries they work in and
  • Who the key decision makers are.

You may wish to narrow down your results by using stricter selection criteria. If there are selection criteria that you would like to use but which are not on the list below, please consult your List Broker or Client Services Executive.

Geography: Where should the prospects be located?

  • Country
  • State
  • CBD vs. Metro vs. Regional
  • Postcode(s)

Company Size: Is company size important? You can use:

  • Revenue
  • Number of Employees

Company Structure: Are other company characteristics relevant?

  • ASX Listed
  • Government vs. Private Sector
  • B2B vs. B2C vs. Not for Profit
  • Overseas Owned

Decision Makers: Are decision maker characteristics relevant?

  • Gender
  • Salary
  • Job Title/Function

Restrict the Numbers Artificially

  • Specify the maximum or minimum number of contacts per company/address/phone number.
  • Defaulting by job folder. E.g. Maximum of 1 contact per company, by specified folder preference.
  • Mandate folders. E.g. Companies must have 1 CEO and one CFO.
  • Restricted to the top XXX companies by employee/revenue.
