Timing is the key for any marketing campaign. At IncNet, we strive to make your campaign planning as seamless as possible.

IncNet’s official turnaround times are:

• 1 Business day for general enquiries and count revisions.
• 2 Business days for data delivery, from the day of receiving a signed list order.

But for the ultimate, hassle free experience, we recommend that you follow the basic timeline below.

Planning your campaign

Contact us for a count and quote of your data options. At this stage, count revisions and general enquiries will go back and forth until the selection criterion is well matched to your campaign. General enquiries and count revisions will be answered within 1 business day.

Once you are happy with your selection criteria, a list order form will be sent to you so you can confirm your selection criteria, number of records you wish to order and delivery date. Your data will only be extracted on the date of delivery, ensuring you have the most up-to-date records (don’t forget we load updates into IncNet daily).

Because of our daily updates, the number of records that you have ordered may not be the same as the number of records available on the date of delivery. In the event the number of records available differs from the number of records ordered, we will use our default order processing procedure.

• If the number of available records is higher than signed off – we will only supply the number you’ve signed off, preference given to the most recently updated.
• If the number of available records is less than signed off and the difference exceeds 5% of the requested total – you will be notified immediately before data is delivered.
• If the number of available records is less than signed off and the difference is less than 5% of the requested total – we will proceed with the order but will only charge for the records delivered.

Alternately, you may specify the maximum and minimum number of records in your list order.

1 Week Before Data Is Required

Finalize your list order if you have not already done so. Your data will be delivered within 2 business days from the day your signed list order confirmation have been received. If you require the data to be delivered less than 2 business days from the day the order was received, it would incur an Urgency Fee of $165, which will ensure that it will be sent as soon as humanly possible.

Because of our daily updating, the numbers may not be the same as what was signed off. If you had not specified a maximum and minimum number of records acceptable in your list order, we will use our default order processing procedure.

• If the number of available records is higher than signed off – we will only supply the number you’ve signed off, preference given to the most recently updated.
• If the number of available records is less than signed off and the difference exceeds 5% of the requested total – you will be notified immediately before data is delivered.
• If the number of available records is less than signed off and the difference is less than 5% of the requested total – we will proceed with the order but will only charge for the records delivered.

We recommend that you leave a few days grace between your data delivery date and the date of usage, to counter any unforseen circumstances, for example:

• The email address to which the data is being sent to has bounced.
• Person the data is sent to is on leave/has left the company.
• The wrong kind of data has been ordered/delivered.

2 Weeks After Data Delivery

Collect all incorrect data as well as requests to be excluded from receiving future marketing materials, and send it to us. Incorrect records will be credited while requests for removal from the list will be flagged for exclusion from your next order.
